It’s officially cold and I’m making a week of soups. Today I’m shopping with friends for ingredients to make some kind of Thai inspired soup. I’ve got a few recipes in mind, but who knows what we’ll end up with. At first I thought it would be a challenge to make soup all week, but I’ve come across so many recipes, I’m going to have to narrow it down a bit. Plus Sammy isn’t the greatest soup lover in the world. That may be my challenge. Hot soup, cold nights a fire in the fireplace…I could go for the romance angle, but someone still has to do the dishes!
