Lemonade Pie



½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

6 oz container of frozen lemonade, thawed (I couldn’t find this size and used ½ of a 12 oz and then made the rest into lemonade!)

Zest of 2 lemons

2 graham cracker crusts – bought or homemade


Soften ice cream in a large mixing bowl.

When it is soft enough to stir mix in lemonade and lemon zest.

Pour mixture into two prepared graham cracker crusts. (Or make individual pies)

Freeze until solid - 3 to 4 hours.

Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.

May garnish with fruit.
