Ingredients

1-2 lb. pork tenderloin

3/4 cup raspberry preserves

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Optional: pinch of tarragon

Salt and pepper

Directions

Light grill.

Mix raspberry preserves with honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and tarragon.

Reserve about 1/3 cup of glaze for sauce.

Salt and pepper pork tenderloin.

Place on hot grill for 1 minute, turn and begin glazing pork.

Flip after a few minutes to glaze the other side.

Depending on thickness it should take 10 to 15 minutes, flipping and glazing a few times, to reach a temperature of 140 degrees.

Let pork rest for 10 minutes while grilling any veggies you choose.

Slice and serve with glaze on the side.
