
Ingredients
14.5 oz can cream style corn
½ cup frozen corn kernels (Canned would work.)
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp 1/2 &1/2 or milk
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
Popcorn garnish optional but adorable
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat an 8 x 8 casserole or 4 small ramekins with cooking spray.
Add corn mixture and bake until firm and lightly browned on top, about 30 - 35 minutes.
