
Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry, thawed (I like Trader Joe’s but Pepperidge Farm is good too)
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp raisins or Craisins (more if you like)
3 Tbsp chopped pecans (or walnuts) optional if nuts are not your thing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 12-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Unroll pastry on a wax paper covered surface for easy clean-up.
Sprinkle pastry evenly with brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts.
Roll up and cut into 12 pieces.
Place each roll in a sprayed muffin tin and bake 25 minutes.
Remove from tins while still warm for maximum eating pleasure!
